I got it to keep me from laying of my face. It is not steep enough for that. Smaller than I thought. It's comfortable but overpriced and unusable for its intended purpose.

This pillow expanded nicely after taking it out of the packaging and has been great at keeping my neck and head stabilized when I sleep on my back. I'm not sure I would recommend it for side sleepers, but if your goal is to train yourself to sleep on your back, then this helps alleviate my neck pain and stops my head from falling to one side or the other. It's a little narrow and a bit long, but overall does the job that I wanted it to.

My skin feels smoother in the morning. However, it's a bit tricky if you're used to sleeping on your side like me. It took some adjusting, but I found a way to make it work comfortably enough. Overall, worth it if wrinkles are your main concern!

I wanted a pillow to encourage back sleeping. I have other neck pillow that feel good, but out of habit I end up on my sides or stomach because they were so comfortable in any position. I pondered what could help me stay on my back, for various reasons: better for your face a wrinkles, better for shoulder pain I have ( when I sleep on my sides and it wakes me up) and better for hands and arms falling asleep ( which also wakes me up at night). I thought I would give this a try. I like that it has two support levels for neck, I flip it to the higher neck support side, your head nestles between two humps and I fall asleep quickly, and wake up on my back! So happy with this purchase. I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to stop the constant rotisserie of movement every night, but this seems to be working. Now I have to figure out how to make room for it in my luggage to bring on vacation with me! I also use a pillow under my knees that helps too.

I initially chose this pillow because of the color, but then I saw the features and thought I could give it a try, so I had no choice but to give it a try.I'm obese because, I mostly sleep on my side, and this just suits my sleeping position, and for me, it works great. I sleep better, maybe an extra hour a night (when I don’t have to wake up to an alarm). My head didn't fall or slide off the pillow. It’s been over a month now and I tried the towels and it works better. I still feel like it could be a little taller, so plan on trying 1 inch foam.Good luck to everyone in finding better sleep.

En tiempo de calor muy fresca. Muy suave pero suficientemente firme y en efecto ayuda a qué tu cara no se aplaste y no te marque las arrugas que es lo que yo buscaba. Aunque he de decir que también es muy, muy buena para el cuello
