I really enjoy my winter soup coking. This immersion blender is expensive, but for those who want one that has the power and a perfect end result, this can't be beat. I started out 15 years ago with a cheap immersion blender and when it broke, I purchased a more expensive one. When that blender would give me disappointing results, I finally looked up "Best immersion blender" on Google, and decided on this one. This one has worked perfectly, and given its construction, I don't think I will need to buy another in this life....!

It took me sooooo incredibly long to find the perfect immersion blender, but this one is IT. I was looking for a BIFL (Buy It For Life) option and this has not disappointed. I will update in a few years and let you know how it's holding on, but as of now, it's great.I- t feels incredibly sturdy, plastic parts are minimal (just the handle itself) and the whole immersion part is stainless steel. there's a little silicone ring on the inside of the immersion snout, but it's to prevent things from sticking and it's minimal. I'd be okay if it was all stainless steel, but it's WAY more than Teflon or a plastic attachment that I've seen. We are very concerned with forever chemicals and microplastics making it to out food, and there are concerns with both of those when you're dealing with hot liquids and high rotation knives - I can't imagine bits of those wouldn't make it into your food while blending.- It's powerful! We barely use much of its power and it does an AMAZING job blending frozen things or soups. The most power we use is to blend meats from cooking broth to make pierogi filling and it still does a good job.Overall, I was looking for a blender to prepare food safely for my baby and this did not disappoint. I'm so glad there are still good quality appliances! I would 100% recommend.

Las instrucciones dicen que la carga de la pula dura de 3 a 7 horas. Dura 15 minutos máximo y hay que recargaro. Para esa calidad el precio es excesivo

This is my first All-Clad product, and...omigosh, what a revelation!My current needs are simple: I want to blend a post-workout protein shake with frozen fruit, etc. And I want to keep froth to a minimum.I've used a corded Cuisinart immersion blender for about 10 years now, and it's still a great product. It generates a little froth, but not a lot.But I wanted to switch to cordless if possible.I tried a KitchenAid...and omigosh, what rubbish. Froth out the wazoo, cheap cheap cheap plastic, AND an amazingly crummy design, requiring me to get the shake all over my hands to separate the motor from the stick. Truly awful. I was back to using my beloved corder Cuisinart almost immediately.But I've heard good things about All-Clad cookware, so I figured I'd give their corded immersion blender a try.Wow. This product exudes quality. The design is very well-considered, and the product is such a joy to use.If I'm picking nits, I'd say that the power button -- the rubber-covered piece to hold in while blending -- could use a little work; I've not yet found the proper place to push to keep the power coming. It cut out a few times while blending, though it was easy enough to start back up.But what a joy; just brilliant.

We have stand-alone blenders which I always use for soups (transferring from the pot), but my curiosity was piqued by what seemed to me a sudden popularity for hand-held immersion blenders. I know that many friends have enlightened me since that they have been popular for a long time now actually. I did some research, found that this All-Clad Immersion blender consistently received the highest ratings and ordered it. I am so exceptionally glad I did! I used it the day I received it and was blown away by how much better it is than the stand-alone blender I had been using for so, so many years. It is fast, easy to handle, powerful and easy to clean. I definitely am delighted to recommend it!

I had to have a soft food and liquid diet for 5 weeks. Instead of the usual clutter of attachments and accessories, this All-Clad has only one attachment. It does one thing and does it remarkable well. I used it to pulverize moist and wet food, such as a thick stew of meat and vegetables. This powerful tool was great for processing food in the cooking pot, without the hassle of using and cleaning either the Vitamix blender or the Cuisinart food processor. 5 speeds go from gentle mixing to serious slurry. Grinding raw almonds resulted in a gritty paste rather than the preferred nut butter.I love cordless!! The charger acts as a countertop stand for the motor. The attachment is long enough to comfortably use in an 8 quart (deep) pressure cooker. The only improvement I would suggest is an index mark on the shaft of the attachment to mark the maximum food depth (2/3 of shaft, 5.36”, ~13.5cm). Clean up is easy, if you run the mixer in a glass of soapy water, before the food starts to dry. A few times I needed to use a soft brush on the blade and it’s housing, attachment detached of course. Simple controls and safety switch were easy to use and comfortable for both Left and Right hands. Plenty of power. I never ran out of power when fixing a meal. Expensive but worth every penny.
