It came well packaged. The color red is beautiful and shape perfect, it looks gorgeous on our Shepard pole and I am sure our little hummingbirds will love it! It comes with ant protection! A plus.

I absolutely LOVE this Hummingbird Feeder! The picture on AMAZON does it no real justicia. First: The company packed it very well. READ THE 2ND BOX the product is in to get it out Easily. Second: This feeder is Solid and very Beautiful at the same time. I refuse to hang an ugly hummingbird feeder. Our house is on the corner lot where 3 streets come together. I don't want people seeing a plastic feeder that's ugly! This IS so worth the money. Don't keep going back and forth, just buy this one! Leak proof, cleans up Fast, about 7" high With A Roof that Doubles as a Rain protector (who hates having to go right out after a rain to bring it in and scrub the feeder of black mold??) and 2 tblsp of water immedietly stops all ants from getting in nectar. Buy it!!

Love the modern design and look of this compact hummingbird feeder. It arrived incredibly well packaged for a protected journey, which was much appreciated.The green glass is very pretty, but could possibly peel overtime as it is just a color coating. I'll be gently handwashing only. The overall quality is quite good otherwise. The glass is nice and thick, all components easily screw together, the top piece is plastic but durable, and it comes with a hefty metal S hook for hanging. Although the glass is coated with color, the coating is well done and distributed evenly.Hummingbirds quickly took to it but struggled to perch as the perches are not ergonomic for a natural feeding position while perching. They still use it in flight. I may attach perches that project outward to help make the use of it more comfortable. I placed a hanging perch nearby and they'll pop over to rest on the perch between big sips.A plus is it does not leak, however, when I opened it to clean it, the well and the bottle were full of bugs. TONS of little gnats. While the leak gasket was firmly in place, the metal feeder holes seem to be large enough for the bugs to crawl in.
