Perfect dress shirts for work. Love them so much, I purchased nearly every color they sell. 5'11 220lbs, x large fit perfect, if your going to tuck it in id recommended xl. If you're going to let it hang, a large might be ok.......but I was going for a more business casual look.

Chest measurement for a 3x is way off if you go by their size charts. I measured it myself and it was 56. Size chart says 61...very disappointing

So I think this shirt looks really nice, but I doubt it's 100% cotton. Like others have said here, the labels have no information of materials used, so I can't be really be certain. My gut tells me it's made from polyester due to the silky feel and lack of wrinkling. The sound it makes when you rub the fabric together is also much more consistent with polyester too... it's much louder than cotton. I'm not a huge fan of 100% polyester, and would much rather prefer a 50/50 blend or full cotton. Again, it looks nice, hence the 3-star score; and if you don't mind that polyester feel, you'll probably like it a lot more than me.
