I purely bought this ALFA KD 1/4 Grater-Shredder Disk (German Made, 1/4" Holes) grader because I counted the holes on the grader in the picture shown, which there are 80 and there's almost no area on the disk without a grading hole.... welllll the one I got is 60 holes as you can see in the picture and there's a lot of surface area without holes which is going to cause a lot of surface tension [which I was trying to avoid]. I'm still going to try it out on the Hobart, but I'm not happy that it isn't the one in the picture.I'll change the stars if it works better than I'm imagining, but if not, I'm giving it 1 star purely for the reason that it isn't showing what you actually get.
