I was initially excited to try this bedwetting alarm, as it offered a potential solution for our household with multiple kids. Unfortunately, despite its promising concept, the device became a source of nightly contention.I attempted to use it with three different kids, but each one rejected it outright. Surprisingly, these kids who are accustomed to playing graphic video games and handling everyday conflicts were terrified of this small alarm. Each night, we'd face an intense meltdown, with screaming and crying, as they refused to wear the device and repeatedly ripped it off.We tried various approaches, including setting alarms and attempting to put the device on them while they slept, but nothing worked. After two months, I've been unable to assess the device's accuracy due to the kids' refusal to use it.While many reviewers have reported positive experiences, I think the design could be improved. Perhaps making the device look less like a medical device and more like a kid-friendly tool that empowers them could help. One of my kids has frequent hospital visits, and the medical appearance of the device may have contributed to their anxiety.The only possible way to make the device work for us is to force our kid to wear it, then stay up all night watching that they keep it on. That defeats the purpose of the alarm so we have been reduced to setting alarms and getting up

This is a small (less than 2 inches) wearable for a child that will ring one of 3 different alarms: music and light, vibration and light, or music, vibration and light. You can set it for what's best for your child and their sleeping arrangements, like sharing a room. The wearable has a cord that attaches which you could run underneath then child's PJ’s so they don't tangle and attach the sensored end to their diaper, pull ups or underwear. I got this for my grandson who has good nights and bad nights, but we are working on all good nights. We all know bad nights cause more laundry. We will be using this with a pad underneath him as well because obviously something has to get damp to make an alarm sound. It did arrive and there was no charge on the battery so do plan ahead. It is currently charging and the instructions, which were very clear on everything else, did not give any indication as to the charge time. If its a quick charge I will use this with high hopes tonight. It does suggest that you test this on a damp paper towel to make sure it functions before relying on it. Hopefully, this as well as included stickers and chart to encourage your child will do the trick and new habits can be formed before mom goes crazy doing laundry! I also comes with a small bag it can be tucked away in while not in use. My grandson's pediatrician suggested trying a device as a first step as they have been very effective with children and bedwetting. I will update this review and let you know if this was helpful in waking my grandson for him to recognize the need to go to the bathroom when we get the program underway!

In addition to the issue of false alarms, the design of the urinary incontinence alarm leaves much to be desired in terms of comfort. The sensor part, which needs to be in close contact with the skin, is made of a material that feels rough and causes discomfort after prolonged wear. Moreover, the adhesiveness is not good; it is easy to shift during use, further affecting the accuracy of detection. During the day, wearing it is uncomfortable enough, let alone at night when it should provide continuous protection. Such poor design makes it impossible for me to wear it for an extended period, thus unable to fully utilize its auxiliary treatment function. I hope the manufacturer will consider user comfort more in product design to truly help people with similar problems.
