Tried to use it to keep my seedlings covered until they could grow. Nothing grew when covered with this.

These were ok, but had a couple downsides. The material is great. But came in smaller boxes taped together. And instead of being in rolls which would be much easier to install, they came folded like bedding sheets or a blanket.

Had part of my front yard that was on a slight slope torn up during aeration. This was enough to solve the problem. I put it down watered it and staked it initially. The grass grew up through it while it held the soil. A couple of months later the grass has all but concealed the soil saver. My tard crew mowed right over it with no problems.

I live with a canal bank behind my house. I could not get grasses to grow because the tall weeds prevented light as well as space. I cut the weeds down and placed this on the bank (May take several) and now have grasses sprouting up through the straw and netting!
