I've had this for six months, and the app has never worked or connected. I know it’s defective and should be refunded, but due to a condition, I need to keep it in my home. I wouldn’t recommend upgrading to the app version unless you're sure you can return a defective unit.On the positive side, it's fairly quiet and moves a lot of air. However, I could have purchased a comparable app-enabled version elsewhere for half the price. I had considered buying multiple units—I have air purifiers in every room—but the lack of support has been disappointing. That said, I’m sure the team behind it has good intentions.

Purchased this product for more than $1000 on November 20, 2024. By December 5 all of the control panel electronics went haywire. Contacted support. Went through all the steps they recommended. No luck. Been waiting 4 to 5 days for support to get back to me with instructions for return. Customer service has been lackluster at best. Looking for another unit from a different manufacturer.
