need to set something heavy on the base so it won't tip over but it's a good size and the price was right! It also came with a separate table stand which is great too. All and all I'm very satisfied with the Therapy Lamp. Highly recommend!

I have been using it for a while now, and I am extremely satisfied with it. The adjustable stand and holder are really convenient. I can easily place it in different positions whether I am at home reading a book or working in the office. It allows me to direct the light to the exact body part that needs treatment. For example, when I had a backache after a long day of sitting, I adjusted the lamp to shine on my lower back. After several sessions of 20 minutes each day, I felt a significant reduction in pain.

This is a revised review because I made a mistake in the first one. It seemed that a piece of the stand was missing, but it turned out that the extra length was tucked into the long piece that I had received and just needed to be expanded. However, this was not easy to see or figure out - a user video helped me. There is no indication in the instruction book (which is not well done).I'm just starting to use the product. It's easy - I keep the stand by my bed and do resting yoga poses while I use it. I have some sense of energy movement in my body, stimulated by the light, so I am hopeful for healing effects. Too early to tell! My goal is to have more energy following a long bout with long covid.
