This takes a micro SD card, don't buy a full size one like me!My main concerns buying this were:A) what do you need to get going?B) do the games load quickly/comparable to disc? There's a bit to get figured out, make sure you've got a FreeMcBoot memory card and check to see what the compatibility is for your PS2 model. You've gotta get OPL set up on that same memory card using a USB drive (make sure you get the beta), but once you do this card works effortlessly. I got a 128GB lexar micro SD personally, I have read there are certain cards that aren't compatible so look into it.The games run almost indistinct from disc, I genuinely forgot I was playing off a memory card slot. It's really smooth. You may notice slight variation if you're super familiar with certain games, but I didn't notice anything. The card itself also fits into the system just like a regular one, a nice fit, though the SD card slot is maybe a bit too recessed. It's not a huge issue though.Hopefully this helps anyone like me who had specific concerns about the product, I would say it's absolutely worth picking up.
