Works perfectly. Fits just like oem. I leave it in the travel bag so I don’t have to climb under the bed every time I travel.

ResMed 10 users, if you find yourself in a situation where you lose power supply brick or in other cases the brick fails, this is the proper replacement for all RedMed 10 Cpap machines. The brick came ready to use just plug in and go. I was grateful for the quick delivery and careful packaging of this much needed item. I find it is the exact match to the one that was originally supplied with the Cpap machine. The price point on this item was very reasonable and worth every penny. I give this item 5 stars (Good Value for the Money).

This appears to be an original ResMed power supply model 370001. There is a later slightly more compact power supply, but this one will power any of the S10 or AirCurve 10 machines. I got the same power supply with my older S10 and the slightly smaller 370006 with my new machine. But the ResMed compatibility chart shows both as compatible with S10 or AirCurve 10 units.I got it to have a spare, and also to keep in the guest room so I can move there without climbing under the bed to unplug my regular one. Seems like a good price.

Got a secondhand Resmed Airsense 10 from my doctor, but it needed a new PSU. Grabbed this, and it works perfectly! So far, haven't had any issues a month after use. It looks well made at least, although I've not done any rigorous testing outside of just using it with my unit.

This power supply for my ResMed AirCurve 10 works just like the original. I was curious to note that this replacement cable had ResMed labels on it; perhaps refurbished? I'm unsure on that because neither the package / item nor the listing indicated it was refurbished. Regardless, it has the exact same electrical specs (I compared this to the original power supply), looks virtually the same, but definitely works the same. I will now be able to use this as my travel power supply and not have to fish the power cable out from under / behind my nightstand when I travel. A nice time-saver and ultra convenient.
