The original adapter disappeared after thirty some years and moving from home to home. I was sure it would fit and it did and tried to play a 45 rpm record to verify fit. An easy purchase make and functional as well.

I received an Audio Technica turntable as a present recently and found the plastic 45 record adapter that came with it didn’t really sit well around the records. I wanted something a bit more substantial and decided to try this one. It met all my requirements. It is nicely machined, and fits really well over the turntable “pin” and inside the 45. It is made in China, but I didn’t see a reasonably priced US made option, which would have been my preference. But for a few cents over $8 it was good value, and isn’t some cheap plastic option.

Works really well for most 45s but it is a hair too snug for a couple of them.

Al no contar con un centro para discos de 45 rpm pedí este de buen material sólido, aunque el usillo para el centro del plato ligeramente más grande lo tuve calzar con un muy pequeño trozo de servilleta para evitar se apretara y se solucionó en mi tornamesa Project essential III..
