This is a relatively inexpensive way to update your setup in your car.It looks awesome once in it.Looks like it was factory installed.You won't regret getting this

I wanted a large screen that was carplay ready so I could use bluetooth and navigation. This was the easiest install of any radio I've done in 40 years. Remember installing a radio and having to connect the speaker wires, the antenna, the ground etc etc. Add in an EQ or a sub woofer and you'd be there for days. This was installed in under an hour with no instructions other than a quick youtube search to remove the dash panel.2009 Dodge Ram with the stock double din radio. No bluetooth and a now useless CD player. This kit replaces the din frame and replaces it simply with 4 screws. The genius of this design is that the radio no longer has to fit inside the same dimensions. You install the supplied din mount and clip the radio on top of it - and oddly enough, it looks great. Maybe not factory style but a really clean install.The wire harness was a one click install. One wire for the antenna which was supplied. I did not install the GPS (using Maps via apple ) nor the USB plugs ( not sure where to route those ) or the back up camera ( will do soon but didn't want to figure out the wire path at this time ). The volume is actually louder than the stock system and I'm having fun going through the settings although stock is pretty good out of the gate.I can't speak for Android, but if you are a apple user and have the right vehicle, this thing is top notch. I wish for a slider volume instead of buttons but other than that I can't think of an easy improvement. It does take a few seconds to fire up and carplay takes a few more but not unreasonable. If I start the truck and put on the seatbelt, it ready to roll. Bluetooth for calls and texts is super cool. Siri pops up and listens well without an external microphone. I tested it with the doors open and the engine running and it did 100% for texts and really clear for phone.It's a super upgrade for under $250. I can't believe how much better, brighter and easier to use this vs my phone stuck on my dash. 100% recommend.If you can't install it, have no fear, any professional should have this installed in no time for not much money.
