Don't try this at home! And I guess I have voided my warranty. We are making a single cell charging station for very large LifePO4 cells (100AH+). Hard to find a high current power supply at 3.8v, and this one claimed to be adjustable 15%. I bought it thinking if it really got down to 4.25v maybe I could hack it to go further.Turns out R40 is in series with the small pot, and was 1.5K. I swapped that out for a 3.3K, and now the supply is 3.7v to 4.2v. Perfect!Really this is an appeal to the seller - can you make a product with this modification? I need at least twenty more!Cheers,Jeff @ AquaSparc.com

Granted, this is the 300W version, and I loaded it up with about 40Watts, but there's no voltage sag whatsoever! At idle, the voltage is identical than under 40W load.I will reserve the right to modify this review at a later time, when I'm testing it out much closer to the max values.Though I would seriously not recommend to run the 300W amp at 300W. Instead buy the 300W to run it closer to 200W continuous! At 20W, the fan is either passive, or rotating very low.Once 40W is applied, the fan works and is audible.I wished they would have spent a few dollars more to select a quiet fan instead!Edit: the Achilles heel of this PSU, is without a doubt the fan. It is noisy, because this 14V fan is operating at 24V, which will undoubtedly reduce the lifetime of the whole unit!As when the fan goes, so will the entire unit (overheat).I am looking into pairing 2 60mm by 10mm fans in series, to operate at the 24 driving voltage, while the fans can operate at a much quieter level, and potentially drilling out some more of the metal, blocking the fan.For this unit to be lots quieter, the simplest solution is to reverse the fan...
