I purchased these shocks for my 2000 Chevy 5.3 2wd rear. These were a perfect fit for my application . They were easy to install and made of high quality product. Be aware that their can be multiple ride heights for these year vehicles and may need to double check.

Bought these for the rear of my 2000 Silverado 1500 V6 4x4. Wow, what a difference! The vehicle has nearly 280K on it and appeared to have the original shock as the shock rod cover was plastic. I went with the Advantage on the Rear and the Premium on the front base on reviews of both styles for front and rear and am glad I did it this way. This isn't a heavy half ton suspension, but with these new shocks, it kinda feels like it now. Solid, tight, great handling again and quiet. Extremely satisfied!
