Signs of wear for windshield washer pump include but are not limited to:
● Weak flow of washer fluid at nozzles
● Pump not engaging when activated
● Washer fluid leaking from connection between pump and reservoir
● Before purchasing and installing a windshield washer pump, make sure it is the correct size and fit for your vehicle.
● Keep washer fluid reservoir full.
● Only use approved washer fluid.
● Do not operate washer pump when reservoir is empty.
● Regularly inspect pump for signs of damage or wear, and replace it if signs of damage are found.
Q: Can washer fluid freeze?
A: Yes. It is possible to freeze in extremely cold temperatures. However, most winter washer fluids contain methanol to lower the freezing point. Refer to the washer fluid label for temperature specifications.
Q: Will operating the pump with an empty reservoir cause damage?
A: Yes. Operating the pump with an empty reservoir will cause pump failure and lead to the pump needing to be replaced.

Easy installation. Worked like a charm! Plug and play was exactly like oem. No issues with the pump all. :-)
