I have a Bessey strap clamp; I also have a piece of crap ratchet strap clamp from Harbor Freight, and when I recently needed 2 strap clamps for a larger piece, I pulled them out to use and remembered how much I loved the Bessey and how very bad the HF version was...so went to buy another Bessey. This knock-off caught my eye and I decided to buy it.This unit is all but identical to the Bessey. I put them side by side, and they are idnetical in almost every detail to the moldings, etc. The frame is the same, the corner mounting pieces are the same, the strap is the same...the ONLY apparent differences are that the handles are very slightly differently shaped, and the Bessey seems a tad more smooth when you crank down the strap tensioner.Is the plastic they used the same? Is the strap more or less stretchy? Will it last as long? No idea. Meanwhile, I am happy to have saved a few bucks.

This is a great strap clamp and works as intended. The only issue is that the plastic corner anchors constantly fall off. This would be a perfect strap clamp if they were more secure and didn’t fall off when adjusting the clamp.

seems to be easy enough to use, though I haven't as of yet to clod to be working in the garage. will when it warms up, Strap will be good for odd shaped wood work.

This strap clamp is easy to use, and includes some simple instructions with pictures. The strap can unhook so you can wrap around something without having to slip a loop over the top. The four corner clips slip on and off of the strap easily, but stay in place. I only have tested for operation, and have not done a glue-up with it, but it definitely holds decent. You may want to add regular clamps for extra pressure if possible, but this does apply reasonable pressure, just not bar clamp pressure. I see the ability to hold a box/carcass/frame in place a huge advantage, especially if you only have two hands. I wish I had one of these for my last project, which is why I have one now.The only thing that would have been better is to include a 5th or 6th corner clamp for objects with more than 4 corners, such as a hexagon. More than 6 should be OK with just the strap, as long as none of the corners are sharp.
