It broke the first time I used it, the back of the switch came out and it will not stay in place.

Bought this like 2 years ago and still have yet to install it, still just got two live wires sticking out of my siding with no doorbell… but I’m sure it’d look good if/when I install it.

Worked when installed, lasted 5 mins. Had to return to job and now looking for new doorbell.

I have three comments: (1) the method of attaching the fragile thin wires from the chime is satisfactory, but you have to be careful not to sever the thin wires; (2) I had to slightly widen the existing hole in the wall to get the item to fit (not their problem); and (3) the spring in the doorbell is quite robust, so the visitor does have to press it with some force to get it to activate the bell. Falls awkwardly in that never-never-land: nice to have robust but wish it was easier to use and so fragile it will break but the button is just right.
