I was worried how well they'd fit, but they're great. They're snug and won't fall off, but not too hard to get on. And it's a good material, soft enough to be flexible and fit well, but hard enough to feel sturdy.My only complaint is having to buy a big pack of them as I only needed a couple.

We purchased a used loft bed that had an attachment for the top. That person had lost these pieces, so the loft bed posts were left opened and exposed. The posts are made out of metal. I needed to find something to cover them so the ends wouldn't cut or slice into the bed sheets. I also wanted to prevent children from getting hurt while climbing in and out of the bed! I measured the rectangular opening at the top of the each post and it perfectly matched these chair slides. We slid one of these onto the top of each of the four metal bedposts--- problem solved!

These are made of durable, rubbery plastic material. They slid easily on the legs of my covered patio furniture. I use them to protect my furniture from pool water that gets dragged into my covered patio area by all the dogs and kiddos.

Used gorilla tape to secure to legs of side tables in tub room. Work great to keep legs free of water.
