The good thing about Leica lenses is that you can easily zone focus as you have the zones written on the lens. You check your aperture and now which areas will be in focus. This lens here does not show the zones which leaves you guessing and hoping your live view is correct.

For the money, this thing is great. Nice and wide. Manual focus and AP, so you should be familiar with that before purchasing. The only bad thing is that it's so wide, I couldn't tell if it was in focus or not by eye. I ended up using live view and zooming in while dialing the focus in. You can also use the distance grades to get a good idea. I probably just need more time with it.Definitely worth the money to add this to my lens collection.

Si tratta di un obiettivo fisheye a basso costo, ma è ben costruito, il barilotto è completamente in alluminio con rifiniture curate, ghiera cliccata per i diaframmi e a scorrimento fluido per la messa a fuoco. La parte ottica è costituita da ottime lenti, quella frontale con trattamento superficiale anti polvere e acqua. Il tappo frontale non è a scatto e tende a sfilarsi lasciando coperta la lente. Il paraluce integrato, di tipo a fiore, copre poco la lente frontale esponendola ai urti, ma per il corrispettivo richiesto sono piccoli difetti trascurabili. Da acquistare se siete orientati verso questo tipo di obiettivo.
