This item did not match up with the door lock actuator on my 2007 Honda Accord LX. Quality of item seems decent but 3 stars due to inaccurate / incomplete item description

Very good materials and construction - seems similar to OEM. Installed without problems and works fine so far. I can't make any comment about longevity, however. This is the "black" colored door lock actuator which I got to fix a 2004 Accord. It is designed for the 2-door model. Don't confuse it with the "white" colored door lock actuator which is designed for 4-door models. They are not interchangeable.

This is exactly what I needed to fix the lock on our 2003 Honda Pilot. It's been a real pain having to use a key to unlock the driver door, modern conveniences have spoiled me. I decided to do something about it and this is the part I ordered to repair the issue. I didn't actually do any in-depth diagnosis but had a hunch this was the faulty part and fortunately it was correct.The lock actuator arrived quickly and was safely packaged. The hardest part of the installation was removing the inside door panel but it wasn't too bad. This part is an exact fit and gave me no issues during install. I was very happy to hear the driver's door click when pressing the remote button. We'll be so glad to have this feature back especially when our hands are full or if it's raining.The price is very good in my opinion and this is a quality part.
