My nano had stopped working and my husband took it apart to find the battery. We came straight to Amazon and found the same battery. The battery came in record time and was perfect for my nano ipod !

It was hard to pick who to purchase a battery for an iPod Nano 7th gen. as not many options had many reviews, so I went with this supplier. Packaged well, came with all the tools you would need. Install went easy, tested that it would power up before reassembly. Then put it on the charger to top off the battery and here comes the problem. I left it through the evening and it only charged up to between 50 and 100%, looks like ~60%, but hard to tell on the little screen of the nano and I'm not certain what graduations the battery gauge shows, regardless... not full. I'm going to do some cycles to see if it gets better. But so far I am bummed that after the effort to take this apart and pay the premium of buying the battery on Amazon vs. the bay that I would end up with less than full performance. 2 stars for the well appointed kit that came with it. Also wondering and assuming the return policy won't take an already installed battery. Fearing I wasted a $20.

The tools that came with it are much better than most kits.
