This was a super easy and quick replacement. We haven't replaced the spigot since we got our cooler 25 years ago and it was starting to leak. I twisted out the old one, and put the new one in in under 3 minutes. The new valve doesn't leak.There was an extra piece that I couldn't get on, and have it still screw onto the threads of the spigot, but I left it off, and it still sealed without a problem. I am going to throw the other 4 spigots up where we store this in case we need to replace it ever again.

I was looking at our aging water coolers last weekend and thought, "UGH! These spigots are breaking, hard to use, and hard to clean." Lo and behold, I found replacement spigots here! They came in and are just right! Glad to get our useful coolers refurbished with new spigots!! Very happy with this order!
