Ordered as an easy refrigerator repair. The first one came damaged. Returned it and bought another. Installed and it worked but after a week I noticed a loud vibration/rattling noise in the freezer. Took it all apart to find the coil was loose and rattling. Ended up buying an OEM from a dealer. No issues.

I replaced the motor and fan at the same time. Motor was a direct replacement on my unit and took less than 20 minutes to install. It has been running without issue for the last 1.5 months.

This fit perfectly and works as it should. I just installed it and so far I haven't heard any noise. The orientation of the blades for the connections are different from the original but that doesn't matter. I didn't have to modify anything. The connector blades are pointing to the rear instead of the front of the refrigerator. Installation was easier than taking it out. One thing to be aware of. Evaporator fans do not run when refrigerator or freezer door is open. So to test if your fan is working you have to trick the refrigerator into thinking all the doors are closed. I was able to use a piece of tape to depress the button. Newer refrigerators might not have a button so you would need to find out how to trick your refrigerator. The door has to be closed for up to 30 seconds for the fan to start turning. Easy job and saves a lot of money. My refrigerator is 20 years old and back in to working.
