One star because of the missing product information.This sharing switch does not work with windows 10. This fact is not mentioned anywhere in the product description. Included drivers will not install and cannot find compatible drivers for windows 10. Wasted more time than this product is worth looking for the drivers.The purchaser does not know this until the switch arrives where it is indicated on the box the compatible operating systems: Windows 98 to windows XP and Mas OS X.Otherwise, on first impressions the product does seem quite solid.

Was disapointed with Switch. It was advertised as a Auto Sharing but it is not. You have to manually select the port on the switch.

The product comes with 60 days warranty coverage from the seller, and indicate additional warranty is cover by the manufacturer, whereas a search for axGear in Google came up with nothing. So basically you are out of luck if it dies after 60 days, which is exactly what happened to mine. Piece of garbage.

Tried using it with Windows and IOS 10 on a DELL Latitude and MacBook Pro. I got an error message that Windows and IOS would not recognize the USB Sharing switch. Perhaps it only works with the out of date older Windows operating systems.
