I had an existing one that didn't work properly with my new laptop but worked fine with my old one so I wasn't sure where the problem was. After receiving this receiver I popped it in, did the pairing process (which I wasn't aware of previously) and the receiver has worked perfectly since. Happy to be back in 3D mouse business

Received the product promptly as delivery time and date. Product itself, no problem, as long as one reads the instruction for downloading it your computer.

Purchased a laptop that came with a wireless 3D mouse missing the dongle. (Person who had the mouse was fired and when returning the laptop forgot the single somehow). I purchased this hoping it would work and I’d only have to spend $10 to be running Inventor as opposed to $140, and it worked PERFECTLY!! No problems, easy to pair, great value.

I lost my 3D Connexion receiver and this exactly replaced the one I lost. my mouse is back and working great!
