Because I use flavored coffees daily, my Cuisinart DCC-1200 needs to be self-cleaned more often than it would were I using regular ground coffee. Changing the filter once a month afterward, if using the brand name filters, can be expensive. "ADX 12-Replacement Charcoal Water Filters for Cuisinart Coffee Machines" seemed to be an excellent alternative option.These filters are identical in size to those packaged under the Cuisinart name - 1 7/8" X 3/4 ". Although they weigh one gram less than the Cuisinart filters - 6 grams for the ADX filter vs. 7 grams for the Cuisinart filter - I have noticed no difference in the quality of the brewed coffee.When you need more filters for your Cuisinart coffee maker "ADX 12-Replacement Charcoal Water Filters", costing about half the price of the brand-name filters, are budget-friendly and a practical choice. I recommend you try them the next time you need to purchase filters for your Cuisinart coffee maker.
