Please do NOT listen to the reviews that these are great for compression! They are simply a spandex covering on your calves. These only tight part is the silicone elastic on top (more of a mimic to a soft patella band). I am a long time runner with DVT/Maythurner and required to wear either medical grade or true runner compression sleeves, I was trying to be spend savvy and this was an epic FAIL! My twin teens who are sports heavy and use compression sleeves to improve circulation even complained on the fit and only compression was the silicone band.Better to spend the extra cash, get true compression sleeves for your protection from pulled muscles, poor circulation or any other possible long term injuries. You may think they are doing a great job at first but these will NOT hold up due to the non-woven pattern for actual CALF compression. Again just a pretty cool looking spandex calf sleeve.

Doesn’t fit well, material is non stretchy. Doesn’t hug your calf at all! Doesn’t do any job to support your calf muscle

Compression sleeves like these are great for helping to support leg muscles and thereby help to prevent injuries when engaging in sports and at the same time they help to improve blood circulation. They are made of lightweight polyamide which allows for some breathability and perspiration wicking. They do tend to stay in place even when I am running, but be sure to order the correct size for a proper fit. They come in different colors, all of which are quite attractive. Mine are black, white, and gray. They are suitable for cycling, basketball, football, soccer, tennis, marathons, and just plain walking. I do recommend them, especially for those people looking for compression sleeves that leave the feet and knees exposed.
