When I saw this copper magnetic ring set, I knew I needed it. I have carpel tunnel in both hands and the beginnings of lymph buildup in one. I have avoided surgery thus far with copper magnetic jewelry. But as my job requires long hours at the keyboard and my condition is progressing, it was time to add finger rings like this to my routine. One ring on the middle finger gives almost instant relief. The rings are not too thick, feminine looking, and comfortable. I will have to get more.

I got a bracelet made of material like this about two years ago and it really helped with the tightness I would feel in my wrist and hands. However I still had stiffness in my fingers when I would wake up, so when I saw these rings, I thought they would be great. I worried a little that they wouldn't work out good for me, because they said they were for men- but after the first time I put one on and saw how good it fit and looked, I didn't worry ever again. These rings aren’t closed, and what I mean by that is that there is a large gap and because of this, the size of the ring can be adjusted to be whatever size you need it to be. That meant I could wear these rings on any finger but best of all, most of my rings, I have to take off when I go to sleep. That’s because on many nights my fingers swell and when a ring is a certain size that fits you, when your finger swells, the ring gets too tight. At times during the night my fingers would swell so big that when I would wake up, I couldn’t get the rings I would wear off- and it would begin to cut off my circulation (so I had to stop wearing rings that were sized perfectly for my fingers). With these three rings, I didn’t have to worry about how much my finger would swell because the rings didn’t continue the whole way around- there is a gap in the ring, so I never had an issue being able to take them off- they always came off and went on easily. When it comes to items like this that I have been told can work on arthritis pain, when I got my bracelet that first time, I was told it had to be worn for a few days or weeks, to get my body acclimated to what made the metal work on pain. I found that advice worked, not just for the bracelet I got, but also these rings. However the rings worked faster (to help relieve my arthritis pain) than the bracelet had, whether my body was already acclimated to the metal used in the jewelry when I got the rings, or for some other reason. When it comes to the information in this review, while I can’t tell you whether it is the truth, or not, I can only speak to what I was told and if it worked for me (or not)- my experience with these items and items like them.Overall, I think that these rings are great for a man or woman- I don’t even think the design is manly, I think, if anything, these are unisex rings. I was very happy with them and I look forward- hoping to seeing more jewelry like this from the designer. Also, they look exactly IRL, like they do in the Amazon ad for them.
