My headboard wasn't sitting flush against the wall and these keep it from hitting the wall when sitting in bed or if you move often in your sleep. Very sturdy, great value for the price and easy to use.

Works great, you can use the sticky stuff that comes on the base (covered with a removable plastic piece) or screw it in (no screws provided). My version came with one extension piece, but I didn't need it. The other end is a soft piece of foam to prevent denting your wall. I used two, one on each side of our new headboard, in the past I only used one in the middle of our previous headboard, and I centered it on a stud just to be extra safe.

Really helpful little device. I used it on the headboard and the wall, placed this product between the headboard and the wall. This little device kept the headboard from hitting the wall every time someone moves. Also helps in keeping the headboard last.

Very easy to set up - peel the backing off, stick to back of head board, adjust stand-off distance and done.

The lofted bed in my dorm is not sturdy, and with any movement it makes a ton of noise. This is a major problem in my book.Under normal, non moving conditions this increases product increases the rigidity of the bed greatly, but with the addition of reciprocating motion things get LOUD. This product only stops the bed from moving into the wall, NOT away from it. Duh. If you're rocking the bed it will rock away, then bang loudly back into the wall. Right back to the original problem.HOW TO FIX: Get a pool noodle, literally $.99 at any box store. Do not buy them here it's criminal what ordering them costs. Cut two 3-4 inch deep rings out of the noodle and then cut the rings into a "C" Shape. Slide these onto the wall side of the supports and slide the bed as close to the wall as you can. This makes the return movement (into the wall) almost entirely silent, and does not shake the wall at all. You might hear the foam compressing a little bit, but it's nothing at all compared to banging the wall. top notch product otherwise.
