Radio did not come with any instructions. There was no you tube tutorial to help. There were wires strong from one end of the box to the other. I wish I would have listened to the previous review. Zero Stars.

Unfortunately I took a shot and it didn't work out I started a refund so we will see if they make things right so I will update review if needed ..been installing car audio for years ..but opened box and appeared it was a return ,protective coating was already peeled and bezel was broke already no biggie ill work threw it ..the main plugs worked and radio turned on ,interface half worked ,wifi wouldn't connect, apps wouldn't work obv ,Bluetooth was very spotty would freeze up and studder ,back up camera wouldn't work ,rear av monitor was a no go ,fade and balance was no existent, sounded bad compared to factory stereo which does not sound the greatest to begin with and someone elses phone was saved in it which also another flag of return ..did a factory reset and still no change in function of stereo ..I've ordered cheaper android stereo's in the past and have worked great but this one not so much ....1st update I started hearing from seller thought we where making progress then they started ignoring me and have messaged for 3 days and no response so much for 24/7 support after purchase

When I received this a couple plastic pieces that hold the screen to the frame were broke..I was able to get it fixed to work. I plugged it into my truck and it was working fine. Went ahead and mounted it in and put my dash back together and when I turned my truck back on the screen would just flash saying car audio. Nothing else. I tried resetting it but still nothing. Also the back of the unit was getting really hot. When I bought this I had tontake my truck to the shop, now I got my truck back to put this in and I can't even return it because it is past the 30 days. Do yourself a favor and and stay away from this unit. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I am a professional car audio technician so use the information as you will. I unfortunately read the review after I bought this item and with that being said I have worked with countless types of these Android head units. I was prepared for a lengthy and adaptive install. But actually it was one of the easiest I have ever done. I will admit some issues (harnesses are tight to the unit itself and can see if not seated properly where a lot of operational issues can occur. Also you have to be careful when inserting usb peripherals because it cannot safely load while powered on. The mounting hardware is tricky but correct. Screens loading upside down are common with these units and can easily be corrected in the settings. Packaging could be better and the instructions are useless. I recommend buying the rear camera adapter sold separately for your car. But everything works perfectly it is a very nice looking unit and sounds great with easy tuning. Upgraded launcher loads quickly and interface is awesome. I recommend it if you have moderate to advanced skills in car audio.

They claim it is plug and play, but the harness and canbus module sent do not work, I had to buy a name-brand harness kit with module and wire it in myself to get it to work.
