exactly what u get for ur money, decent quality, decent display , if u want nicer go with 3g or 4g displays , for how much tho and how easy it was to install I will say it was worth every dollar. There is a problem with the head unit staying on and causing a power draw due to the decoder the little red box that u plug into the harness, however I came across a video and all u have to do to fix it is pull the 6th wire that plugs into the decoder it should be red when u pull it out exposing the wire just gently push it back in and then start up the car and now everytime u turn the car off the unit will and the key fob will continue to work. Hope this helped anyone who ran into that problem like I did. But again find the decoder and find the harness that plugs into it, pull the red wire out (6th row) while the car is turned off, when ripped out of the harness gently put it back into its spot, this way the connection is disconnected and u can still revive ur signal for ur key and so there’s no power draw !!

I think I will like this head unit but I CAN NOT recommend it. All of the Android functions I've tried work, and the screen is nice. However, there is a MAJOR issue with the wiring.The problem here is that the unit does not turn off with the car when you remove the key. It is receiving constant power instead of being switched. This WILL cause it to drain the battery. It also seems to have other consequences, such as the headlight switch and odometer backlight staying illuminated, and the car will not allow the key fob to lock the doors.This is a shame, because otherwise this seems like a great bargain. I will find a solution, and a user on Bimmerfest posted a fix after experiencing a similar issue, but I am not yet clear what he did to remedy the situation. As it stands, this unit is not usable as delivered, and a person with no technical knowledge would find it useless. I'm hoping I won't have to return it, but this incredible hassle warrants a ZERO STAR review.
