Muffled audio and can't hear phone calls. I'm grossly disappointed. I've tried multiple settings and the audio is extremely muffled. I've used the EQ and it's not enough. The phone calls can bearly be understood even while sitting still.I reinstalled the old radio to see if it was the speakers and it sounded great. Put the new radio it and it's a no-go. I've tried the other hook ups and nothing.The primary driver of this vehicle doesn't use the radio much so I might keep it in simply for the backup camera--that's unknown.I do like that this is made for this vehicle and was pretty much plug and play, but is not an upgrade over the stock radio.I'd skip this one. I'm so disappointed.

I have been looking for a replacement radio system for my Jeep Wrangler for a while because I am just not liking the other one so I decided to give this one a try. It came very well packed and secured and everything was perfectly as described in the ad. There were no missing parts or pieces and everything was in pristine condition with no damage from delivery. I love that this comes with a backup camera as well because your girl needs all the help she can get! All the buttons are very well labeled and my husband was easily able to get this installed and wired in. He owns a car lot / mechanic shop so he is super familiar with swapping out different radios on all different Vehicles so he was easily able to get the hang of this in no time and said if you have ever done it before it's pretty simple and straightforward. Everything wired in flawlessly and he did not run into any issues. Once it's all wired in everything works perfectly as it should. The sound is crisp and clear and there is no crackling or Distortion from the speakers. The touch screen works great and I'm easily able to play my music or put on GPS which I love! This is definitely a great value for your money and a solid 10 out of 10! Definitely worth it in quality alone! Very well made very heavy duty with great attention to detail. I cannot be happier

The screen is large and bright, pretty responsive to my touch. Came with all the harnesses required for installation, watched some youtube videos about how to take the trim off and then it was plug and play to get working. Has good sound, responsive screen and nice to have physical buttons and dials too.
