These fit perfectly and an old-school 1990s amplifier. The phoenix gold MS -2125, will now be brought back to life! It matches nicely with the gold circuitboard. Thank you for the awesome RCA jacks. These were so nice I bought them twice . To replace the oxidized jacks on the amps twin.

The quality on these is top notch, you can just feel it in the design, metal, and fitment of plugs into the jack. I used this to repair my subwoofer. The existing RCA input had a cable break inside and there was no way to get it out. Soldered this in it's place and my subwoofer now works again. I did have to make some slight modifications to the subwoofer to drill out the opening as this is much wider than the existing input jack.THIS DOES REQUIRE A SOLDERED CONNECTION. This is probably only the second or third time I have ever Soldered. It was a piece of cake. Just buy a cheap soldering iron and watch a few youtube videos. It is not as intimidating as it sounds. Many people would have junked this subwoofer, so this small investment ensures it works for quite some time and avoids the landfill.

So I have a SKAR 1200 watt car amp hooked up to a 800w sundowner sub speaker .It’s been modified to be used in the house. With the original rc inputs they where loose and a lot of buz. After soldering these new ones in place the sound is great and no more low end buz. Sooooooo worth the money .

These require a slightly large hole in your panel than usual. The tightening nut is applied to the outside part of the socket rather than the inside. These have a very solid look and feel. I think they are the best rca sockets I have used so far in my projects.

I've purchased 2 sets of these jacks in the last month. One set to use a single jack as a SPDIF digital coax output jack on a Puffin preamp and the other set used to replace the PCB-type plastic RCA input jacks on an Emotiva A-300 power amp. Perfect performance from the first set but the second set were out of spec and cost me extra time chasing the resulting gremlins. After install, kept having intermittent signal on both channels upon merely making contact with interconnect cables. Checked cables, switched out cables, checked input continuity inside amp, checked source, everything was good. Apparently, the positive(+) blade terminal(s) inside the female receptacles on both of the second set of jacks were too far apart (or the sleeve is too big, however it's designed) and not making solid contact with the male tip of any set of interconnects I own. Sure, just split the tip a little and make it wider, but this is such a rare occurrence on even the cheapest of RCA jacks, I felt it worth mentioning here. I like everything about them other than that, ha.
