This coffee analyzer gives me comprehensive details about the roast level and consistency of my coffee. The near infrared imaging capability seems to be very advanced. I like the feature that the auto diffuser enables repeated measurements to be taken consistently. It also allows over the air updates which keeps the device updated. This analyzer appears very handy for maintaining roast quality. It is a great tool for learning about my coffee roast quality.

I purchased this coffee analyzer to measure the roast level of my coffee beans at home. I was pleased to discover that the analyzer is very fast and appears to be quite accurate. If you are serious about your coffee hobby, I believe this device is a worthwhile purchase.

This is a fantastic product for the professional coffee roaster. I have used this product a few times now to verify my whole bean and ground been roast levels and it was absolutely spot on. In addition to the precision, the build quality of the device and the study travel case are phenomenal.
