The kids at school during recess loved it. Best to cut the ribbon a tad bit short.

This pack of dance ribbons is just what we needed to combat boredom and get some exercise. My girls, ages 4 and 6, and I found some good YouTube videos of gymnasts performing ribbon routines, and then had some fun trying to mimic their movements. As a bonus, we got some exercise and have gained a new respect for these amazing athletes! The ribbons are high-quality, soft silk on a 15.7” long fiberglass rod. The rod is coated and easy to grip. The ribbons are 157” long x 1.8” wide. We’ve been playing with them quite a bit, and have had lots of knots and tangles, but they seem to be really sturdy. I’m not sure these meet the ribbon “regulations” for true rhythmic gymnastics (there are competition standards for the ribbon’s weight and length, which I don’t think this product meets) but they were great for having some fun at home!

We had a blast with these ribbons. Super long and flowing. My family "quaranteam" had hilarious dance parties this summer during happy hours with them!
