I use these for when I make shoe tumblers. They work very well. I just wish I could purchase the loops only because I dont use the rest of the items that comes with it. These are very nice and fits perfectly on my shoe tumblers! I will continue to purchase and I highly recommend

I bought the D-link install kit and hole making tool. With these tools the D-links were easy to install, are strong and allow me to wear my hiking shoes again rather than throwing them away.

This advertises three pieces, a rivet, eyehook, and cap for rivet to go into. I did not receive the covers, which renders my order useless. The eyehooks are very thin metal and do not look like they will last very long.

These were easy to attach, and seem to be quite sturdy. Setting the rivets is simple, you don't need any fancy tools, I used a simple pair of vice grips (with a piece of padding) to do it. Keep in mind, though, that the metal is of necessity very malleable, so unless you're using a dedicated rivet setter, if you're not careful you can mar the top of the rivet cap. This is really an aesthetic concern, though, because it doesn't affect the sturdiness.
