These work great for my son's little dinosaur nebulizer. They fit perfectly in the area for the filter, and they were very inexpensive. I am super pleased with these.

I use some miniature air pumps for various projects that involve pressurized vessels. It’s important to keep dust out these vessels, the connecting tubing and valves. I’ve been using cotton wool to date but saw these permeable sponge pads from BHUCTU that looked to be a much better option. I 3D-printed a suitable inlet to the pumps to hold these pads.The product arrived in a pack of 100 pads sealed in a plastic wrapper. The pads were highly compressed and were very distorted when pulled out. It also looked as if they had been cut at an angle and at various heights. I left them standing after unpacking them from their bag to see if they would recover to a usable shape – which they did but only slightly. These issues made these pads almost impossible to use. At this point I was thinking that these were very poorly made and effectively useless for my purposes. On a whim, I soaked some in water and they quickly recovered to the shape I was expecting – a cylinder 155mm in diameter and 9mm in height, exactly as promised. Most of the water could then be squeezed out and pulling air through them quickly dried them out. See the photos showing the difference the soaking makes.So, despite my initial concerns, these pads do seem to be the right shape and size and are fully usable – they just need soaking in water first! I can now share them with friends and family (as suggested by the vendor’s Amazon listing) without fear of embarrassment.Update:After 3 days out of the original packing, all the pads regained their original cylindrical shape - without the need for soaking with water.
