Bought this blade to use on a chopsaw for an aluminum patio cover install. Most of the material was pretty thin some of it was a little thicker. After reading other reviews, I bought some good cutting oil and took my cuts slow. Every cut came out super clean without any damage or distortion. A couple hundred cuts in and it still cuts like it did on the first one. You still end up with some burrs but that’s the nature of cutting any metal.

After settling on a "Steel Demon for out cutoff saw, that we use to cut 316 Stainless Steel, I decided to purchase this for our docking saw that we use to cut Aluminium. So far, I'm very happy with the finish achieved. Virtually no burr and much less force required, compared to the last sawblade. I highly recommend.

I bought this for a project that required both though cuts and dado cuts in some 1/4” thick aluminum bar stock using my table saw. Very clean cuts. I was very impressed with the quality of both types of cuts. Keep your work well fixtured and use some WD-40 to help lubricate the cuts and it should perform well.
