The weight is low and package uses a European name but it is made in China Shenzhen. It has many scratches. Not recommended

I have been looking for chopsticks that are longer than the normal length. Finally I found these! I have been using chopsticks over 60 years. In the old days, we use wooden chopsticks, bamboo chopsticks, plastic chopsticks, ivory chopsticks. Ivory shop sticks are illegal nowadays. And the other ones can be more bacteria ridden. So I decided to use metal chopsticks instead, not caring as much for the grade of stainless steel. Yet most metal chopsticks are only 9” long. Researching on Amazon, I finally found these that are a little longer (yet much better to use) and not too expensive. I would recommend buying them.

Great chopstick! Received them yesterday, pop them into the dish washer and used them today. I wanted BPA free chopsticks that won't smell like dish washer detergent after washing them in the dish washer. They are not flimsy at all. They are probably hollow but the walls have a good amount of thickness to them. As each chopstick have some heft but not heavy. The weight also seem to concentrate on the tip, smaller tip, of the chopstick. I have small hands and a pair of these felt quite all right for me. So my comparison is Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen. The pen itself is about 0.9 oz (26 grams), to me that is a little heavy. The chopsticks felt lighter for me probably because the food end is a bit heavier compare to top, where I hold the chopsticks. But I'm also pregnant with my second currently and my thumb tendinitis is creeping back again. The weight may bother me more now than it would normally. The top section, where I hold them, has rounded edges and good amount of flat surfaces so they will not roll. The end tips are round, to me. My husband says the end section also have flat surfaces as well which contributes to anti slip properties. But it's very minimal, it can be felt but hard to detect by eye. I can't attest for the anti slip properties because I haven't gotten a chance to eat noodles with them. But my husband used them with a super hot lunch and he said that they did not burn his lips. A+! We used metal chopsticks before, they're always super flimsy and they burn.Overall superb stuff!P.S. My husband asked me to buy another 10 pairs, that's how much he likes them. :)
