Didn't have the same functionality as the official one. Sounded quiet. It's also very ugly and the included USB adapter had damaged pins.

Works well with my Grado SR60 headphones, gets comfortably loud when volume turned up about 3/4ths the way on my phone. I don't hear any noise or hiss. The USB C plug fits snugly in my phone, but if fits loose in yours might be because of tolerance differences or a worn USB socket on your device. The headphone plug end of my headphones snaps in firmly. The USB A adapter fits and works fine. Sound is clear and clean. Don't know yet how long this dongle will last.

Lo uso con unos buenos audífonos, pero no noto una mejoría que se pueda considerar como excelente.

Yes, it really comes in a tin box, which goes neatly into my headphone case so I don't have to look for anything. It's fully plug & pray, my pixel 8 knows exactly what it is and my Beyerdynamic 48 ohm can easily be driven past the pain threshold if I turn the volume up too high. Just plug it into the phone and the headset and poof, music!Sound?? The aforementioned headset is reference grade and this little thingy sounds great. The sub bass is all there, so are the trebles, no noticeable color. Plays high resolution files like it's supposed to, though I haven't found any at the extremes yet. But the reviews say the chip will do it. It doesn't heat up!! Not at all. If not for the reviews, you wouldn't know there was a chip in that little connector.Keep it in the little tin. It's black, it's small, you'll definitely lose it if you don't use the little tin box. And most importantly, push your headphone plug all the way in till you hear/feel it click into place, more firmly than you would expect. It grabs onto your phone pretty tight too, you certainly won't lose it while you're using it. It's black, small and seems quite tough. There's no visible branding to attract thieves or any other notice. All the magic is inside. The manufacturer is willing to stand by it for two years if you can go that long without losing it.*** I can see a lot of people not understanding that you have to insert the headphone plug FIRMLY until it clicks, even though there's a little card included to point that out. That's a 'feature'. The plug won't come out unless you truly want it to, you can dangle your phone from it (don't do that!). The little cable has a durable seeming braid covering. It's everything you paid money for and then some, a bit rare these days. Just don't lose it, seriously. It's quite small and your vacuum cleaner will find it before you do.

I'm not a big fan of bluetooth headphones/earbuds when it comes to battery life or for audio quality. But you can't just plug in your expensive headsets to the new devices. OMG!!! The amount of data these convert is plain and simply awesome. I've never heard my phone sound so good.
