so far so good.. very quiet. i am happy with it. i am powering RTX 5080 and 7000x3d.

I really like this Power Zone 2 850 Watt PSU from be quiet! The PSU is built to modern design ideals, including platinum level efficiency and the new PCIe 5.1 ATX 3.1 connector used mostly by Nvidia graphics cards. The PSU also has a 10 year warranty and a fan-stop feature where the fan stops at low draws for complete silence.This is the first PSU I've owned that has moved away from classic molex 4 pin power, to the point that there is only one connector at the end of a modular cable with several SATA power connectors on it. Most of the cables are of a black ribbon design, with the exceptions of the mesh sleeved 12v-2x6 cable and the main 24 pin connector. That 24 pin cable uses multiple ribbon cables to shrink the profile and help with flexibility but can awkwardly fan apart. The included zip ties are useful to help train that bulky cable. There are 3 PCIe 6+2 GPU power connections provided but one is from a cable that Y's out to feed two plugs from the same PSU-side connector.The angled 12v-2x6 cable has a 90 degree bend (angled towards the sense pins) on one end and a straight connector on the other end. There are many cards where that angled connector is very helpful, especially in narrower cases, but it does strike me as potentially problematic with the angled connection used on 50-series Nvidia founder edition cards. It might be possible to plug the 90 degree angled connection in on the PSU end if your case has sufficient room for the cable to feed to the outside of the PSU in that area.

Solid and quiet power supply. The cables included are of high quality and the 90 degree GPU cable is a nice touch. (Remember you can reverse that cable if your GPU is not compatible with the 90 degree side)

I bought the 1200 watt version a couple years ago to support a gaming rig which was going to have a RTX 4090 whenever I could get my hands on one. This power supply makes *no* noise. At idle, the fans don't run at all. While playing games, the run so quietly that the only way you know it is working is because you are playing a game. Using this supply and very quiet Artic water CPU coolers, I cannot hear my computer from 7 feet away. Even up close, my air purifier on its lowest setting makes more noise.The electrical filtering is excellent. My computer runs for 12-15 hours a day every day with no issues.I have 5 of these power supplies, and it is the only brand I buy now. They are only a little more expensive than my second favorite brand, Corsair, and the build quality, reliability, and super low noise make them worth every penny.
