no instructions. The connectors that are recommended do not fit over the diffused covering. Do we trim it off? Who knows without directions. What do the dip switches do? Who knows without instructions. No connectors included with the strip even though amazon's Rufus says there should be 4 included. Would be nice because i have ordered 2 sets that do not work. Wish i would have purchased the less premium strip. Would send back but had to cut to try the connector.

They do not provide a manual, just one warning to not turn it on while still wound up. I messaged the seller and they said “There is no manual because it is easy to use”. Even a stuffed animal comes with at least a packet of safety and warning disclosures, so that is a pretty terrible excuse and it’s not easy to use/adjust unless you have a little electrician experience. Just begging for a lawsuit if you ask me.There are two light strips connected to one power source. It makes it really difficult to figure out how to adjust it without instructions or safety warnings. I wanted to put one in a separate room, not really possible unless you are an electrician and can figure out how rewire everything.It does have a dimming feature integrated, but it’s these little tiny switches on the big power block. I only discovered that when I was trying to figure out how I could potentially separate one of the light strips. So there is no instructions or even arrows telling you where the dimmer switches are.2 stars because the lights themselves are pretty nice. Just kind of annoying If you don’t need the two light strips going different directions in one room it makes it a lot more bright than you might need. I was able to make it work in one room, which is the only reason I didn’t return it. I am still really concerned about the safety aspects though.

I bought these light to light up my custom built in closet. The adhesive is great, easy to install. They are super bright but can be dimmed as well. Quality is great and seem very reliable. Great bang for your buck.

I LOVE these lights! They're exactly what I was hoping for... bright, easy to install, & stay put.Side Note:I accidentally ordered a reel without the power adapter and would LOVE to order 3 - US Plug Switching Power Supply Adapters.These come with one, but the way I'm using them I need separate adapters.Can't find the adapters sold separately... If they're available could someone PLEASE let me know!

I'm using these in a refrigerated trailer that is permanently installed at my work. They provide a TON of light and were very easy to install. The power supply is also easy to install. The only negative is that the adhesive on the back of the LED light strips sometimes comes off with the paper when you are first starting to remove it to adhere the lights to whatever surface you are attaching it to. Otherwise, the adhesive stuck to very cold metal without any issues. Highly recommend these lights.
