No template attached to the booklet or in the pack and over an hour wasted trying to find one online and unable to get to the product support page (link goes nowhere). HUGE and expensive waste of time. Sending back for refund!

Excelente calidad y muy fácil de instalar, de mi parte solo fue reemplazar por una que ya tenia y todo en orden. Materiales de muy buena calidad y la presentación es muy bonita y le da la apariencia de lujo a tu puerta.

Utilizamos el mismo modelo para la reja de la Entrada, para la reja que conduce al patio, para la puerta principal y para el acceso a la casa desde el patio...así que nos olvidamos por completo de la colección de llaves en nuestros llaveros.... Es resistente, segura, y fácil de programar, con la posibilidad de programar múltiples claves de acceso en la misma cerradura,Puedes programar por ejemplo :- La misma clave familiar en TODAS las cerraduras,- Y otra clave distinta para el personal de servicio, solo en algunas de las cerraduras...- O programar una clave temporal , en la cerradura del patio, para que tus invitados tengan acceso directo al área en la que celebraras una fiesta, y borrarla al día siguiente... Es muy versátil.

Funciona bastante bien, ya la tengo en varias puertas de oficinas, el problema es estar al pendiente de que no se termine la batería, ya tuvimos que pedir un cerrajero

La cerradura llegó en excelentes condiciones. La instalé inmediatamente y funciona a la perfección. El color de la foto coincidió totalmente con la apariencia real del artículo.

Excelente producto y fácil instalación, no me llevó mas de media hora instalar la chapa. Considerar que viene para medidas estandar de puertas. Trae una llave para emergencia, en caso, que el teclado se quede sin batería (incluida).

I ordered this to replace a standard keyed front door handle. Installation was easy, it fits into the existing cuts in the door and frame. Getting the wiring from the keypad through the door and plugged in to the rear interior panel battery compartment took a couple of tries, but worked fine. They could give a little more slack in the wiring. I didn't use either of the strike plates (square and rounded), just used the existing chrome plate. Programming the keypad is easy, and seems very secure. You can change the default programming code string to whatever you want if you want to be extra safe. It will hold quite a few different 4 digit codes, which is nice to have options in case you forget one, and so you wear the keypad more evenly (don't want just 4 numbers worn down). It comes with a single key to manually open the latch if the battery dies or the unit fails. So far I haven't needed it.As for operation, this thing is great. Mine sits on a south western facing door that gets full sunlight all afternoon. It has been pushing 100 degrees F for weeks, and works just fine. I am on my 4th month of use, and the original 9 volt still runs it fine. I think they recommend changing it once a year on the same schedule as your smoke alarm. It is so nice to be able to step out for a walk or jog and leave the keys at home. You can text a code to friends and family if they need to get in while you are away. You can put in a code for a day if you need to let in a worker, and then delete it when they are done. No fumbling for keys when you have an arm load of groceries. I like that it is keypad only, no blue tooth or wireless access to make it vulnerable to remote tampering.I paired this with a standard keyed deadbolt of the same design and manufacture just to have that added, unhackable backup for when I am asleep at night or away for long periods.If you are on the edge about buying this thing, just do it. You will love it.And I paid full price with my own d*** money, no discounts or review bribes!*edit*So it's been three years now, and this lock and keypad works as well now as the day I bought it. The battery gets changed once per year, and has not gone dead on me yet. Haven't needed to use the backup key once. I've seen some complaints of the finish coming off, but have had no such issues. Perhaps newer units had a bad batch? Mine still looks brand new, though it is behind a glass screen door, perhaps that saves it from UV damage. Heat, on the other hand, is extreme behind that greenhouse glass. The front of my home gets extremely hot in the summer, weeks at a time in the 90s and 100s, and it has had no issues. The keys and numerals on them still look perfectly new. The digits seem to be embedded inside the rubber or silicone buttons, and have not faded or worn at all.Still extremely happy with the purchase.

I was looking for nice keyless locks to replace my 10-year-old Weiser locks. After a lot of research, I found this one to be one of the best option out there. After using it for more than 6 months now, I am extremely pleased with these locks. Going keyless was a great relief.BUILD QUALITY:Schlage FE595 is very well designed and looks very attractive. It is built like tank and finish and built quality is extra-ordinary. Overall construction and metal finish looks premium. Actually, now my door looks little outdated in comparison of this beautiful lock.INSTALLATION AND PROGRAMMING:I am not handyman kind of person at all. After few people quoted over $150, I thought to give it a try myself. Provided manual and instructions were easy to understand and it took only 20 minutes to install first lock. Once I figured it out, I installed second lock in less than 10 minutes. Lock comes with one programming code and two pre-programmed user access codes. Programming was fairly easy. I set up two new user codes and deleted pre-programmed codes in minutes. Programming password is 6 digit while user access code is 4 digit. You can program up to 19 passwords.FEATURES:I like the fact that keypad can be illuminated. Just press the Schlage button to illuminate the keys. Keys are soft and they do not stick at all.Lock features Grade 2 Higher Residential security rating which gives me good peace of mind.Though lock is keyless entry, it comes with a key which can be used in case of emergency if battery is completely dead. This scenario is quite unlikely because, lock features Low-battery indicator. Lock also comes with battery so you do not need to run to get the one while installing. Battery is the same as what you use in Fire and Smoke alarms.It should be noted that this lock features “Flex Lock”. What it does is when you keep thumbturn knob horizontal, it is always locked from outside. When you put knob in vertical position, it can be unlocked from outside.IMPORTANT:This lock is for doors with one deadbolt. If your current door has two deadbolts or two latch/lock points, then it will fit, but you have two options: (1) Either you keep older lock, but do not use it (install this lock in place of older knob) or (2) you keep older door knob and remove older lock (install in place of old lock). But in the later case, you need to now turn knob (from old lock) as well as lever (from this lock) to open the door. This is not desirable for one handed operation. I did not know this when I ordered and what I did is I removed old knob and used that holes to install this lock. I kept older lock which we do not use typically, but we lock both when we go for long trips for extra security.Overall Highly Recommended product.
