It has one job- to make a pot of coffee. It has only two settings- on and off. It's perfect.Buckle up buddy because this is a love letter to the most utilitarian device ever created by mankind. I'm talking about optimal efficiency, intuitive design and user workflow, and zero interface/features bloat.This particular Mr. Coffee machine is perfect, full stop. It has one job and it does it flawlessly every. single. time. You choose your coffee. You put in the grinds. You fill it with water. You get the exact coffee you want.The machine features one solitary button- a toggle to turn it on and off. When turned on, it makes coffee. Add more water, get more coffee. When turned off, it stops making coffee. That being said, this machine is for giga brained people who can handle the responsibility of manually turning an appliance on and off.There is no A.I. or software to argue with. There are no options to search through. There isn't a keypad to input settings or built-in wifi to connect to an app. There isn't a bluetooth speaker in the base. There is no Alexa, Siri, Roku, Rufus, or Dingus jabroni shoe-horned into the thing. It is a dumb device which makes it *one of the safest, smartest device available* in 2025.This is a cheaply made, plastic appliance, that will last longer than your next graphics card. It's a basic coffee maker, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles some of the higher priced coffee makers have, but that also means there's very few things to break, like those higher priced coffee makers. Our high priced coffee maker gave up the ghost after a year. Even if this does break, it's cheaper to replace. You'll have to turn it on yourself, but hey...life is tough. It's been working juuuuust fine. Makes great coffee, that's the most important part...and keeps it warm, unlike our old Ninja.

Me gustó el diseño y la doble ventanilla del nivel de agua. Funciona bien. Pero tuve que usar una canastilla tipo filtro de otra cafetera que tenía anteriormente.

En general excelente para el precio.Únicamente se sale algo de café del filtro generico. Pudiera ser el tipo de filtro.

Execelente producto. Cumple con lo que menciona, hemos buscando está marca en la ciudad en dónde vivimos y nadie la vende así que decidimos pedirla por internet y toda la familia está feliz con ella. Llegó incluso antes de lo esperado.

Las medidas de las tazas del deposito de agua estaban sin remarcar transparentes por eso tuve que remarcarlas con un marcador, funciona muy bien pero ese detalle no me gusto.

If it worked properly the coffee machine wouldn't be that bad. It is bulky, made of cheap plastic, unattractive, but it does the job for the most part. Condensation builds up on the underside of the cover which spills onto the counter every time you open it. There are no features, just an on and off switch, which you'd think is fine for the price but even other coffee makers at the same price have several features.That being said, the first one I got leaked from the bottom. Every time I made coffee there would be a pool of water on the counter. I asked for a replacement, which I got. This one worked for about a month and then the switch started coming loose, and then stopped working entirely. I asked reported the problem and they offered me yet another replacement, to which I was skeptical but accepted. Then after waiting for over a month I wrote back asking for a refund instead of a replacement, which they said they would do. Two more months went by without a refund so I ping them, now they're saying they want me to send in the last defective machine to get a refund.If you're looking for a cheap, straightforward coffee maker, get a different one. For $40 you expect something cheap and simple that will work, not to have to deal with awful customer service for months. Not only that but like I said, in the $40 price range there are better machines out there. I should also mention that the customer service was directly from Mr. Coffee, not Amazon.

This is not a _great_ coffee maker, but it seems to fit into the "old, reliable" category. (At least I'm hoping it will.) There are NO bells and whistles, no clocks to set, and you have to be responsible enough to turn the thing off when you're done. If you don't like this sort of thing, this coffee maker is not for you. However, if you've recently had to ditch a coffee maker because the electronics stopped working, this is a pretty good answer. It has one control, an on/off switch.It makes good coffee. That's all it's supposed to do, and it does it.
