No sizing data here on Amazon which is strange, so I sized myself using Dakine's website. Worth it as the pads are cheaper here.Initially these pads were a chore to put on. I was afraid I'd rip the back mesh and indeed you will if you rush things. This kind of annoyed me on the first ride because it took a while to get them on in conjunction with being strapless (need to be done before your shoes.)I found found putting them on with socks ON helps (MTB socks though not your Grandma's thick wool socks)I actually really like these pads. Once they get broken in they are very flexible and stay in place all day. They are sleek and don't scream POC like every other trendy trail rider these days.I like the fact that there are no straps on these, but sometimes I do end up wondering if straps would have been better because my main complaint is after an hour the area behind the knee gets a little pinched and raw feeling. I've seen this same remark for pads with straps too though.I think these pads are great for the money. They are not for everyone, but they serve the function well if you have realistic expectations, size yourself correctly and don't ask the world out of kneepads. Nothing will be as comfortable as wearing nothing at all of course, but spending large sums of $$$ in pursuit of the perfect knee pads is an effort made in vain.

I believe it's impossible to make a comfortable set of knee-pads, but these do a darn good job, I haven't worn anything else more comfortable.I used these for snowboarding and I think they're worth the wear, other sports may vary.

When I first tried these on I thought maybe they were the wrong size. Definitely need to stretch them out and break them in. After wearing them around the house for a day they fit fine. Just a tad bit snug. Doesn't affect the way I ride. Overall I'm satisfied
