My husband uses the strap in the car because he has severe head drop syndrome. Without it, his head is bounces around and makes his neck hurt really bad. This strap was totally useless. The strap is too short and the padding is too thin. Will not buy again

This strap held my head gently but firmly in place, supporting my neck, chin, and even my shoulders a bit.The material is super soft and lightweight—didn’t cause any irritation or discomfort even after hours of use. It’s adjustable too, so I could customize it to fit the airplane seat perfectly. It packs down small in my carry-on and is way less bulky than traditional travel pillows.If you’re tired of waking up mid-flight with a sore neck, this is worth every penny. Highly recommend for frequent travelers or even long car rides.
