Puntos a favor: buena resolución y fácil de usar, a lo mucho te tardas 10 minutos configurándola. Sistema de alertas muy bueno.Puntos en contra: la bateria dura relativamente poco, aprox unas 15 horas, por lo que considera adquirir el panel solar.Punto a considerar: si quieres todas las virtudes del servicio considera pagar la suscripción.

es buena la camara pero es muy costoso, necesitas un panel solar o un adaptador a la corriente que viene por separado, no te graba nada a menos que contrates un plan que consiste en dos versiones, el standar solo te graba en movimientos por pocos segundos (no te sirve para nada porque deja de grabar aunque el movimiento siga), el plan premium cuesta 200 dolares anuales (4,000 pesos mexicanos) y es el unico modo de grabar 24/7

works well and easy to install. No issues setting up or with connections. Video quality is very good, night vision works well also. As for audio.... fart 20 feet away... you'll hear it lol.

Para la cuestión de instalar en un paredes te las tienes que ingeniar por los ángulos, pero si tienes calma podrá cumplir con tus expectativas

Compré 2 y como dicen en algunos comentarios, si quieres guardar las grabaciones tienes que pagar una membresía.Instalé las 2 y una de ellas funciona bien, graba cada que detecta algún movimiento, pero la otra después de unos meses dejó de grabar, cuando la revisé parecía que la batería se descargó, así que la puse a cargar y la volví a configurar.A los 2 días volvió a dejar de grabar, la revise y otra vez decía que no tenia batería, compré otra batería pensando que era problema de la batería. Pasó lo mismo con la nueva batería.Al parecer la cámara está dañada y drena la batería en horas.Actualización - 3 de Abril 2025:Me contactaron de Ring y me reemplazaron la camara dañada por una nueva.

What I Like - I have 20 Ring cameras and they continue to impress me. This outdoor plugin camera is a really easy install, especially if you’ve done it before. I always suggest a mount if you’re going outside, just for ease of placement. The picture quality is fantastic on the app, and really lets you see people, cars, animals etc in detail. The motion detection is top notch, and gives you the opportunity to really customize settings to make it work for you. A perfect addition to your home for some added security and piece of mind.What I Don’t Like - Nothing yet.

This Ring security cam was easy to install, yet also very easy to defeat. All it takes is for you to walk right up to up, at which case you have about 40% chance it won't record. If it does, just look innocent for 30 seconds, then you have at least several minutes to do whatever you want yet the camera won't record it. It's simply an unreliable recurity system if you hope it'll always be there for you as it simply won't. I have the monthly subscription service, yet only get alerts or recording for about 60% of the instances where I walk right up to it. If you arrive by car then it simply won't start recording until it sees a human-sized object there.During summer the battery lasts for about 2 months in a very quiet street. During winter the battery only lasts for only a week.The resolution is not anything near adequate to actually identify someone unless they're quite close to the camera. So, you have 40% chance of not seeing anyone recorded when they walk up to the camera, and quite likely to have the camera not function due to low battery, but even if the camera decides to record, and the battery still has a charge then you're still unlikely to actually identify anyone during the limited circumstances when the camera actually works.Update: as of January 16, 2025, only a few months after buying this camera, and the battery lasts for only 3 days. Wow! What a disappointment
