Installed these and flipped on the switch. Room is unrecognizable! Beautiful, steady light. Makes the room took beautiful. Whether you want daylight or 27k, it has option of changing the color temp, depending on the mood in the room. They are easy to install, and reliable. I have them for been using them heavily for two years already and they are flawless!

I have had these for 11 and a half months and I had not done a review until now, because I wanted to see how well they would do. I did a whole home renovation and I used 10 of these. I bought two 12 packs (24 lights) and the total cost was around $145, which is about half of what lowes wanted for 10 lights at the time. I got so many just in case some failed, I would have the exact replacement. All 10 of mine are still working and I have had no issues whatsoever with them. Four of them are on a dimmer, and the change in brightness is smooth from dim to bright and back to dim. There has never been a flicker with mine, I like that I can choose the color temperature too. These lights are lightweight, made of a easy to wipe clean plastic. They look really nice and are very easy to install. The metal spring loaded clips hold the light itself securely to the drywall without damaging it, and the metal junction boxes, wire caps, and cutting templates are all included. I took the paper template and made an exact one out of sturdier cardboard, because the paper one was a little flimsy. For the price, these lights are nicely made and are a great value.

Updated Review:About a week after my 2 star review below, the company contacted me and made it right. I got some replacements and the lights now look and operate great. In order to install 10 good lights, I had to go through 13 transformer boxes and 11 lights (i.e. 3 bad boxes and 1 bad light). This took some extra work but I am pleased with the result.In parallel, I had some other similar lights installed by an electrician. The cost of those lights was MUCH higher. (I can see Amazon is selling them as RAB WFRL6R139FA120WS Edge-Lit Wafer CCT Field Adjustable, 2700/3000/3500/4000/5000K All-in-one, No Housing Required (Smooth, 6")). However, given the cost of the electrician's time, it makes sense to ensure that every one works perfectly, so he doesn't have to come back and re-install any replacements.So if you are installing these yourself and the cost of the lights is important to you, these can be a good option. There are some bad units but the ones that work are very nice. If you are hiring an electrician to install these, it is likely to cost you more in electrician time to use these, so I would go with a premium brand.Original Review:I installed 10 lights, using one of the recommended dimmer switches. Of these, 1 did not operate and 1 did not dim properly--too bright or too dark compared to the others. I replaced them with the 2 I had remaining, one of which didn't dim properly either. Then a couple days later a 4th light died. The trouble seems to be with the boxes rather than the lights themselves.

Now it looks like the wall switch I was trying to wire them into controlled the wall outlet so had to rewire the outlet so it works without the wall switch. No wired up the lights into wall switch and it worked...phew. I had also bought the MEROSS dimmer with remote MSS565 now I can use this in place of the old wall switch. So much better as can control via my iPad and included remote if need be.Wish I had known the wiring on wall switch controlling the outlet was the issue. Oh well now I now.Was originally going to return it thinking it was a bad batch, glad I didn't.I finally made the holes in the ceiling and wired them all up. Lights don't turn on checked the wiring again to make sure no loose connections. All seemed to be in order I used a Klein voltage tester and there is electricity traveling in the wires but for some reason they don't light up. I tried swapping them round still no luck. Tried changing the color temp and still no luck. Decided to just wire one in by itself tester indicates it's live but still won't light up.Given 1 star as they look good but don't work.Will try and get them replaced as my have a bad batch.
